Command (Starfleet Manifest)
The Command department is ultimately responsible for the ship and its crew, and those within the department are responsible for commanding the vessel and representing the interests of Starfleet.
Starfleet Operations Commaner Ultimately responsible for the ship and crew, the Commanding Officer is the most senior officer aboard a vessel. S/he is responsible for carrying out the orders of Starfleet, and for representing both Starfleet and the Federation. Starfleet Commanding Officer The liaison between captain and crew, the Executive Officer acts as the disciplinarian, personnel manager, advisor to the captain, and much more. S/he is also one of only two officers, along with the Chief Medical Officer, that can remove a Commanding Officer from duty. Starfleet Executive Officer Advises the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer on mission-specific areas of importance. Many times, the Mission Advisor knows just as much about the mission as the CO and XO do, if not even more. He or she also performs mission-specific tasks, and can take on any roles that a mission requires him or her to do. Concurrently holds another position, except in rare circumstances. Yeoman The Captain's Yeoman is for Petty Officers who wish to continue as administrators. It is technically a non-Mate position. Use of this position is completely at the discretion of the Commanding Officer. File work, and sensitive message transport are but two examples of the Yeoman's possible duties. The Yeoman assists the CO in day-to-day duties that the CO would otherwise not have the time to do. -
Station Command (Civilian Manifest)
Civilian department in charge of overall station operation.
Station Commander Non-Starfleet commander of the station. This was the person in charge of the station prior to the Starfleet presence. Station Executive Officer Second in command of civilian station operation, reporting directly to the Station Commander -
Sector Operations (Starfleet Manifest)
Sector Operations manages the overall fleet movements in the region in cooperation with Starfleet Command and the Sector Commander. They are infinite sources of knowledge on planets, systems, races, and fleet allocation, and are key players in the strategic operations of the fleet.
Chief of Sector Operations The Chief of the Sector Operations department about Starfleet. Reports directly to the Station XO and is in charge of all Sector Operations activities. Assistant Chief of Sector Operations Second in command of Sector Operations aboard SB110. Reports directly to the Chief of Sector Ops, and is in charge of the individual Sector Operations departments. -
Orbital Control (Civilian Manifest)
In charge of ensuring that the station is in orbit and all propulsion systems and computer operations are at optimal levels. Essentially Civilian Engineering
Chief Orbital Control Mechanic The person in charge of the Orbital Control department aboard Starfall Station. He reports directly to the Station XO and coordinates with the Chief Starfleet Engineer to ensure smooth operations between both divisions. Assistant Orbital Control Mechanic Reporting directly into the Chief OCM, the Assistant OCM is in charge of the minutia of day to day work in Orbital Control. They are responsible for maintaining the working parts of the station and ensuring that it stays comfortably in orbit. They manage the general populace of engineers in the Orbital Control department. -
Starfleet Security & Operations (Starfleet Manifest)
Starfleet Security & Operations takes a secondary role aboard SB110 as the majority of the security and operations related activities are tied to the civilians aboard the station. They manage any security or operations items related to Starfleet and its officers, as well as the weaponry and ordinance stored aboard the station by the Federation and Starfleet. They liaise and work closely with the Station Marshal's and Station Operations, but allow them to manage the majority of the day to day work on the station.
Chief Security Officer This officer is in charge of liaising with the Station Marshal's office on SB110. They are responsible for the Starfleet personnel aboard the station and any Federation or local infractions they may receive, while the Station Marshal is in charge of the civilians. Starfleet Security only gets involved in civilian affairs when a Starfleet Officer is involved. Reports directly to the Station XO. Chief Starfleet Operations Officer The Chief Operations Officer has the primary responsibility of ensuring that ship functions, such as the use of the lateral sensor array, do not interfere with one and another. S/he must prioritize resource allocations, so that the most critical activities can have every chance of success. If so required, s/he can curtail shipboard functions if s/he thinks they will interfere with the ship's current mission or routine operations.
The Chief Operations Officer oversees the Operations department, and is a member of the senior staff.Assistant Chief Security Officer The Assistant Chief Security Officer reports directly to the Chief Security Officer and assists in any matters related to Starfleet and Federation Security, sometimes collaborating with the Station Marshal's to coordinate efforts. Assistant Chief Starfleet Operations Officer The Chief Operations Officer cannot man the bridge at all times. Extra personnel are needed to relive and maintain ship operations. The Operations Officers are thus assistants to the Chief, fulfilling his/her duties when required, and assuming the Operations consoles if required at any time.
The Assistant Chief Operations Officer is the second-in-command of the Operations Department, and can assume the role of Chief Operations Officer on a temporary or permanent basis if so needed.Master-at-Arms The Master-at-Arms reports directly to the Chief Security Officer and is in charge of the maintenance, secured storage, and distribution of Starfleet weaponry and ordinance aboard SB110. -
Civilian Operations (Civilian Manifest)
Department in charge of all things operational for the civilian inhabitants of the station, from food to power allocation, to station access and dock management.

Starfall Marshals (Civilian Manifest)
Civilian security in charge of the civilian population of the station. They are the law, unless the issue is strictly related to Starfleet personnel. They are also in charge of investigating illicit activity and crimes around the station.
Station Marshal The Station Marshal is essentially the Chief Security Officer of Starfall station (SB110). He works closely with the Starfleet Security Chief to ensure that station operations go smoothly and law and order is upheld. Station Deputy Station Deputy reports directly to the Starfall Marshal and oversees the majority of the day to day investigative work related to civilian affairs. Detective The Starfall Special Marshals, Specs for short, are the detectives of the station. They are the people who are down and in the grit and grim of the station at it's worse trying to solve crimes. -
Starfleet Engineering (Starfleet Manifest)
The Starfleet Engineering presence on the station is largely for managing the retrofitted and upgraded system that Starfleet installed when it took over the station as a base of operations in the sector. Most of the day to day work is handled by the civilian Orbital Control and Civilian Operations divisions. The work closely with those groups to ensure that station systems work properly and Starfleet additions hook into the station without any unexpected flaws.
Chief Starfleet Engineer The Chief Engineer is responsible for the condition of all systems and equipment on board a Starfleet ship or facility. S/he oversees maintenance, repairs and upgrades of all equipment. S/he is also responsible for the many repair teams during crisis situations.
The Chief Engineer is not only the department head but also a senior officer, responsible for all the crew members in her/his department and maintenance of the duty rosters.Assistant Starfleet Chief Engineer The Assistant Chief Engineer assists the Chief Engineer in the daily work; in issues regarding mechanical, administrative matters and coordinating repairs with other departments.
If so required, the Assistant Chief Engineer must be able to take over as Chief Engineer, and thus must be versed in current information regarding the ship or facility. -
Forsham Research (Civilian Manifest)
Privately owned science division stations on Starfall to research the gravity anomalies that create the unusual meteor activity in the atmosphere of Vertarus III as well as other local phenomena. They work with Starfleet Science, but are not under their jurisdiction.

Medbay (Civilian Manifest)
Civilian medical facility about the station. The Medbay works closely with Starfleet medical and has benefitted greatly from the additional resources and equipment. Starfleet medical officers are often seen working in the Medbay and vice versa.
Clinic Resident Resident Doctor of the Civilian Med Bay. Can be a specialist in many different areas or a specialist. -
Starfleet Science (Starfleet Manifest)
The Starfleet Science division on SB110 is unusual in that it is a small division connected to a civilian operation. The Starfleet Science officers aboard the station are attached to the Forsham Research Group and work directly with them in a joint effort to research the system. There is only a Chief Starfleet Science Officer in the division as the Chief Scientist for Forsham serves as the Assistant Chief.
Chief Starfleet Science Officer The Chief Science Officer is responsible for all the scientific data the ship/facility collects, and the distribution of such data to specific section within the department for analysis. S/he is also responsible with providing the ship's captain with scientific information needed for command decisions.
S/he also is a department head and a member of the Senior Staff and responsible for all the crew members in her/his department and duty rosters. -
Starfall Mining Consortium (Civilian Manifest)
SMC is in charge of the gas mining operations aboard SB110. They are a civilian contracting group working in tandem with the civilian leadership on the station and Starfleet to ensure that the mining operations over Vertarus III continue without interruption. Generally a rough and tumble group with a myriad of legal charges on their records.

Starfleet Medical (Starfleet Manifest)
Starfleet deployed a small division of Medical officers aboard SB110 to work directly with the station's medbay staff. The station medbay was also given a substantial upgrade from Starfleet including all of the latest tools and diagnostic equipment. Counseling services are offered by the Medbay staff, rather than Starfleet personnel.
Chief Medical Officer The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for the physical health of the entire crew, but does more than patch up injured crew members. His/her function is to ensure that they do not get sick or injured to begin with, and to this end monitors their health and conditioning with regular check ups. If necessary, the Chief Medical Officer can remove anyone from duty, even a Commanding Officer. Besides this s/he is available to provide medical advice to any individual who requests it.
Additionally the Chief is also responsible for all aspect of the medical deck, such as the Medical labs, Surgical suites and Dentistry labs.
S/he also is a department head and a member of the Senior Staff and responsible for all the crew members in her/his department and duty rosters.Assistant Chief Medical Officer A starship or facility has numerous personnel aboard, and thus the Chief Medical Officer cannot be expect to do all the work required. The Asst. Chief Medical Officer assists Chief in all areas, such as administration, and application of medical care. Head Nurse The Head Nurse oversees all the Nurses currently aboard, ensuring they are assigned to tasks and working as required in their area. Additionally the Head nurse performs the normal duties of the nurse, assisting the Duty Medical Officer in sickbay. -

The out and about civilians of Starfall Station. Residents, owners, proprietors, gossips, and everyone else about the station.
Starfall Gym Owner The owner of the foremost gym on Starfall Station. XO's Daughter The daughter of the Executive Officer of SB110. Owner, Silverleaf Café The Owner of the Silverleaf Café Civilian General civilian spot. Your character will have a specific position created to fit what you apply to play. -
Intelligence (Starfleet Manifest)
The Intelligence department is responsible for gathering and providing intelligence as it becomes possible during a mission; during covert missions, the intelligence department also takes a more active role, providing the necessary classified and other information.
Chief Intelligence Officer Responsible for managing the intelligence department in its various facets, the Chief Intelligence officer often assists the Strategic Operations officer with information gathering and analysis, and then acts as a channel of information to the CO and bridge crew during combat situations. Assistant Chief Intelligence Officer Responsible for aiding the Chief Intelligence Officer in managing the intelligence department in its various facets, often assisting the Strategic Operations officer with information gathering and analysis. -
Diplomatic Corps (Starfleet Manifest)
Responsible for representing the Federation and its interest, members of the Diplomatic Corps are members of the civilian branch of the Federation.
Chief Diplomatic Officer The Diplomatic Officer of each base must be familiar with a variety of areas: history, religion, politics, economics, and military, and understand how they affect potential threats. A wide range of operations can occur in response to these areas and threats. These operations occur within three general states of being: peacetime competition, conflict and war.
They must be equally flexible and demonstrate initiative, agility, depth, synchronization, and improvisation to provide responsive legal services to their Commanding Officer as well a diplomatic advise on current status of an Alien Species both aligned and non aligned to the Federation.
The Chief Diplomatic Officer is in charge of the Diplomatic Corps Detachment. He or she oversees the operation of it, as well as makes sure everything in that department is carried out according to Starfleet Regulations.Assistant Chief Diplomatic Officer The Diplomatic Officer of each vessel/base must be familiar with a variety of areas: history, religion, politics, economics, and military, and understand how they affect potential threats. Children of the Fall (Civilian Manifest)
The children of the fall is a religious sect that believes the regular meteor showers seen from Starfall Station have mystic properties. Some believe the cult is a cover for some criminal activities.
